today's class: 60 min of power vinyasa (hot)
teacher: daniel (an all time favorite- 4 years of love for daniel from this girl- so challenging- yet always has me laughing!!)
what i walked away with: this morning we did a new pose that daniel called 'the chiwawa' - it was challenging and required several jumps ... but great at the same time. also, i was nervous about attending last night's class with the pulled muscle in my neck- but in the end, it felt better after leaving and even better when i woke up this morning!
*i am still struggling with feeling hydrated this week ... any suggestions? any ideas are much appreciated - currently, i am doing electrolyte water, vitamins, and gatorade...? (and i'll be honest- one one cup of coffee in the morning)
